Starting in finance, I spent several years dealing with asset classes such as unit trusts, annuities, and shares. This financial foundation plays a key role in my approach to property sales. I was instrumental in establishing Meridien Realty in 2002, and in 2008, we opened our Rouse Hill office. Taking a consultative and holistic approach, I focus on my clients’ goals—whether lifestyle or wealth creation. We explore different sales strategies and assess the equity needed to fund their next home purchase.
Sydney’s northwest corridor has seen rapid development over the past two decades. I’ve watched the region evolve from farmland to thriving communities. Early in my career, I sold house and land packages for builder Clarendon Homes, helping buyers select lots and match them with suitable house designs.
The area continues to expand today, with greenfield land still available in Box Hill, Oakville, and Tallawong. New high-rise developments provide opportunities for investors and first-home buyers, attracting many young families. Home sellers are often families upgrading or moving into a freestanding home or empty nesters making lifestyle changes like a tree change out of Sydney or interstate.
